Task: The first few minutes of today's class will be used to discuss "Roots of Muslim Rage." You'll then have 30 minutes to complete the reading comprehension quiz. When you've finished the quiz, please turn it in on the back table and get out your computer to work on FCP.
Today, make sure that you continue posting to the wiki discussion threads and communicating with your team members on the FCP Ning. Throughout the week, continue gathering research and post/edit your section of the FCP wiki. Remember to link information in the text and to cite sources at the bottom of your topic page.
After everyone has had 15 minutes to work on FCP, we'll spend the remainder of class reviewing the main ideas from the "Heirs of Abraham." Then, we'll listen to an audio clip on the Shia-Sunni split. Finally, we'll end class with a DBQ on Islamic contributions to civilization.
