HWC10.11 Day 37 - NetGenEd & Italian Renaissance

Objectives:  Post research to the NetGenEd Diigo group and begin contributing to the NetGenEd2013 wiki.  Evaluate the social, cultural, and political changes of Europe between 1450 and 1700.

Task:  As you come into class, please get out your "Heritage of Europe" worksheet from yesterday.  After a brief discussion, you'll pick up your computer and log-on to work on the NetGenEd project for the first 15 minutes of class.  Today's goal is to make at least one addition to the wiki.  For each edit to the wiki, be sure to "save with comment" and explain your contribution in the discussion thread.  Remember, you should be checking the wiki at least twice a day, continue posting resources to the Diigo group, and edit the wiki.

After we set the computers and your class materials aside, we'll check your comprehension of the Italian Renaissance vocabulary with a game of footloose.  Then, we'll review and discuss the questions.  Finally, please we'll use the last 20 minutes of class to watch a video clip about the economic shift in the modern era.
