Task: We'll start today's class with a game to review the capitals of North Africa, Southwest Asia, and Central Asia. Then, we'll spend a few minutes finishing our review of the Abrahamic religions and listen to an audio slideshow on the Shia-Sunni split. To investigate Islamic contributions to civilization, we'll complete a DBQ. Finally, we'll end class with a discussion on the term "jihad."
