Day 3 - PAW 3
Objectives: Identify essential characteristics of each of the "Big Eras" and define select historical terms.
Task: Happy Friday! When you arrive to class, please open up the Big Eras spread sheet and a Notability document for taking notes. Today we are going to focus on defining the scope of our historical studies and identifying continuity and change in the Big Eras.
Homework Due Dates:
- TODAY - "Becoming Human" discussion in class (Watch interactive video or read the transcript)
- TODAY - Big Eras summary due at the beginning of class
- Monday, September 11 - Imperialism discussion (Watch video and read "Historical Study - Imperialism" to answer guiding questions)
- Wednesday, September 13 - Read ONE of the Contemporary Issues articles & watch ONE of the Globalization & Development videos (in Globalization & Development folder) BEFORE class
- Friday, September 15 - Unit 1 Test
- Friday, September 15 - Period 2 PAW
