Objectives: Examine the history of Sub-Saharan Africa. Evaluate the causes and course of nationalism in 20th century Africa.
Task: Hujambo! We'll finish our discussion on Nyerere, Nkrumah, and Fanon. Then, examine the Mau Mau revolt in Kenya. Finally, we'll have a brief discussion on whether nationalism was a positive or negative force.
