CPWC Day 75 - Geography & Revolution in Latin America

Objective:  Evaluate the impact of geography on the history and development of Latin America.  Analyze the course and impact of the Haitian Revolution.

Pd. 3-4 Task:   You'll begin class with your map quiz.  After you finish the quiz, you'll begin work on the geography worksheet packet.  Finally, after everyone has finished the quiz, you'll watch and complete a video guide on "Egalite For All,"  a documentary about Toussaint Louverture and the Haitian Revolution.

Pd. 6-9 Task:  You'll begin class with a closer examination of the geography of Latin America.  Then, you'll watch and complete a video guide on "Egalite For All," a documentary about Toussaint Louverture and the Haitian Revolution.

Homework:
  • Tuesday, January 7 - "Panama Canal" worksheet packet due at beginning of class
  • Friday, January 10 - Latin America, Europe, & Africa map quiz
  • Thursday, January 16, 11:15 am - CPWC final exam for pd. 3-4
  • Friday, January 17, 7:35 am - CPWC final exam for pd. 6-9
