Objective: Locate and identify key locations on a map of Latin America.  Evaluate the impact of geography on the history and development of Latin America.

Task:   Happy New Year!  We'll start off our last two weeks of class with a review of the key concepts for Southeast Asia.  Then, you'll begin an examination of Latin America by labeling a map of the region.  Finally, you'll use graphs, maps, and articles (on the Moodle) to define the geographic regions of Latin America.

Homework:

• Friday, January 3 (pd. 3-4 only) - Asia, Australia, & Oceania map quiz
• Friday, January 10 - Latin America, Europe, & Africa map quiz
• January 16 & 17 - Semester 1 Final Exams
