Objective:  Examine race and ethnicity in a sociological context.

Task:  We'll begin class listening to and discussing an interview with the CEO of Xerox.  After a brief discussion, we'll take notes on minorities and race.  After lunch, we'll discuss "When Did Jews Become White Folks?"
