Objectives: Examine the characteristics and trends of global society since 1850. Investigate the ways that individuals can interact through digital technology to identify appropriate behavior for the global collaborative project.
Task: After you've copied down the daily objectives, we'll finish up the unit 1 notes and watch a music video to discuss cultural imperialism. Before moving on to our next activity, you'll get your out your computer and post a reflection to the forum "Characterizing the Modern World."
The remainder of class will be spent working through the following stations:

- Station #2 - Copyright & Creative Commons
- Station #3 - Netiquette
After you have completed ALL station activities, go to the Moodle and respond to the digital literacy forum on the Moodle.
