Objectives: Introduce class policies and procedures. Identify and utilize library resources that will be used in Western Civilization.
Task: Welcome to Western Civilization! We have a lot to accomplish today! First, we'll sign out textbooks - choose a seat with handouts and textbooks. While you're signing out the books, we'll read through the rules and regulations. Then, while your logging on to the Moodle, joining the class blog, and creating your Diigo account, I'll distribute "Using the Library." We'll spend the remainder of class in the library re-familiarizing ourselves with useful materials.
