CPWC Day 58 - Religions & History of South Asia

Objective:  Examine the religious and philosophical traditions of South Asia.  Investigate select historical events to define the cultural heritage of South Asia.

Task:  We'll begin class with your unit 6 reading quiz.  Please get out your reading notes and a pencil in preparation.  After you've finished the quiz, turn it in at the back of the room and pick up your unit 6 study guide.  Work on the study guide until everyone has finished the quiz.  Then, we'll break into groups to review central concepts of Hinduism and to interpret the image below.  Next, we'll finish our notes on the religions of South Asia.

  • TODAY - Unit 6 reading quiz (24.1, 24.3, 26.1, 26.2 - notes may be used)
  • Thursday, May 7 -Unit 6 Test
