HWC Day 43 - China in Context

Objective:  Analyze the significance of select events in Chinese history.  Evaluate the ideology and implementation of communism in China.

Task:  Happy Friday!  We'll devote the first 20 minutes of class to the East Asia quiz - get out your notebook and complete the hand-out.  When you've finished the quiz, please get out your computer to work on your Japan timeline or read the transnationalism article.  Next, we'll continue our notes on the religious and philosophical traditions.  Finally, we'll spend the last portion of class with the Boxer Rebellion fishbowl discussion.
