HWC Day 41 - Philosophical Traditions of East Asia & Historical Developments in China

Objective:   Identify central tenets of religions and philosophies that have influenced East Asia.  Investigate the historic and cultural significance of the Silk Road.  Analyze the significance of select events in Chinese history.

Task:  Ni hao!  When you arrive to class, please get out your Silk Road worksheet from yesterday.  We'll spend the first few minutes of class reviewing the Silk Road.  Then, we'll continue our notes on the religious and philosophical traditions of East Asia.  Finally, after I answer your questions about the China timeline before we play a game to review the essential ideas.
