CPWC Day 25 - Geography of Southwest Asia (Part II)

Objective:  Examine the effect of geography, resources, and early history of Southwest Asia, Central Asia, and North Africa.

Task:  As you come into class, please get out your Southwest Asia map.  After I check homework, we'll spend the first portion of class labeling the Southwest Asia section of our master map for this unit.  Then, you'll meet with your teaching group to complete your notes on chapter 21.  Finally, for the last portion of class, you'll complete a review sheet to ensure that you understand the significance of geography in shaping the history and culture of the Middle East.

• Monday, October 7 - Reading quiz on Chapter 16 (sections 2 &3), Chapter 19 (section 2) & Chapter 22 (notes may be used)
