Objective: Assess knowledge and understanding of transnationalism article. Investigate the ideology and implementation of communism in China. Analyze the changes that have occurred in China since 1989.
Task: When you arrive to class, please get out a computer and your reading notes on the transnationalism article. Once everyone has finished the quiz, we'll take a few minutes to review communism in China before we begin our examination of the 1989 protests at Tiananmen Square. While we watch the Frontline documentary, you'll participate in the moderated Cover-It-Live blog (below).
