CPWC Day 38 - Reformation

Objectives:  Identify and label countries, cities, bodies of water, and major geographic features of Europe.  Describe the religious impact of man's changing conception of the universe and his place within it.

Task:  After you've recorded the daily objective, please get out your materials from the Europe geography stations activity and clear your desks of everything else except a pen or a pencil.  We'll spend the first 20 minutes of class using the stations materials to complete a stations checksheet.  When you've finished the checksheet, please bring your paper up front and pick up the mid-term exam study guide and the Protestant Reformation video guide.  I'll spend a few minutes explaining the format and significance of the mid-term exam.  Finally, the remainder of class will be used to view The Protestant Reformation.

Extra Credit Opportunity (up to 20 points):  Watch and take notes on last night's presidential debate on foreign policy.  Then, type a one-to-two page reflection on the issues discussed in the debate.  Be sure to include your opinion on the issues in your reflection.
