West Civ Day 3 - Defining Western Civilization

Objectives:  Establish a working definition for "history."  Identify the purpose for studying history.

Task:  Good morning!  When you arrive to class, please accept my invitation to join our class blog and make a comment to the "Reflection - Western Civilization" post.  After a short discussion, we'll break into small groups to review the map of Europe.
