HWC Day 33 - Renaissance & Reformation

Objectives:  Investigate the social, political, and economic characteristics of early modern Europe.

Task: When you arrive to class, please get a whiteboard, a marker, and an eraser and move the desks into a circle.  Write ONE discussion question on your white board - this can be one of the questions from "Meanwhile in Europe" or from the Italian Renaissance.  We'll spend the first portion of class discussing the characteristics of the Renaissance.  Then, we'll watch a short segment approaching European history from an economic perspective.  Finally, we'll begin our examination of the Northern Renaissance.
