Task: Welcome back! It feels as though we haven't met for awhile! We'll start today's class with notes on race and ethnicity. Then, we'll watch and take notes on the "Ethnicity in America" presentation. Finally, you'll get out your computer and post your thesis to the Moodle and a reflection to the center circle of the Prezi.
