Objective: Evaluate the interpretation of historical events and sources.
Task: As you come into class, please get out your homework from last night. We'll delve into this after we finish our notes on India prior to independence. We'll also consider the power of non-violent civil disobedience as a means of nationalist resistance. Finally, we'll spend the last portion of class discussing the results of partition with a focus on fundamentalist nationalists and Kashmir.
