Objectives: Trace the development of man from the emergence of civilization to the 21st century. Investigate development, globalization, and interdependence in the contemporary world.
Task: To start class, you'll get out the computers and post a response to the Moodle forum, "Unit 1 Checkpoint." While your posting your reflection, I'll come around to check for completion of the homework on imperialism. Then, we'll set the computers aside and take notes on periodization in world history. Finally, we'll examine discuss and review colonialism and imperialism using LucidChart and a GoogleSpreadsheet.
