Objectives: Trace the development of man from the 19th century to the present. Investigate development, globalization, and interdependence in the contemporary world.
Task: To start class, you'll hand in your globalization packets and pick up the homework materials for unit 2. Then, we'll use GoogleSpreadsheet and LucidChart to examine colonialism and imperialism. Next, we'll finish up our periodization notes and discuss the current state of globalization by analyzing a satirical music video. Finally, the remainder of class will be devoted to reviewing for tomorrow's test.
