Objectives: Analyze the timeline to evaluate the course of events in 20th century China
Task: After you've recorded the daily objective, please pass your permission slips to the front of the room and get out your "Silk Road Investigation." We'll spend time reviewing and correcting these sheets. Then, we'll examine the China timeline for continuities and changes in Chinese history. Finally, we'll spend the remainder of class participating in a live blog while we watch "Tank Man," a documentary about the 1989 Tiananmen square protests.
