Objective: Analyze reactions to the Industrial Revolution. Compare and contrast the geography, politics, economies, and cultures of the six East Asian states.
Task: Welcome to Quarter 2! When you arrive to class, please get out your essay, write your name on a rubric and hand in your essay. To begin class, you'll choose new seats. Then, we'll take a few minutes to analyze a short excerpt from The Communist Manifesto. Finally, you'll split into groups to investigate the countries of East Asia. Each group will create a poster to share your findings.
