Objective: Assess knowledge and understanding of the geography of Southwest Asia, North Africa, and Central Asia. Trace historical developments in Southwest Asia, North Africa, and Central Asia.
Task: When you arrive to class, please clear your desks of everything except a pen or pencil in preparation for you map quiz. Before I distribute the quiz, you'll sign up for an investigation topic. After you finish the quiz, please begin working on the assigned section of the extended investigation. Finally, we'll form a circle to discuss "East Meets West."
