WHAP Day 142 - Decolonization & the Partition of India

Day 3 - PAW 3

Objectives:  Identify continuity and change in the spread of disease through human societies.  Evaluate the impact of medical developments in the 20th century.

Task:  Good morning!   When you arrive to class, please open a new Notability document and title it "Decolonization - India, Pakistan, & Partition."  As the first line of your notes, write:
KC 6.2.1.C - After the end of World War II, some colonies negotiated their independence, while others achieved independence through armed struggle.
As we explore Partition, please take notes on the historical factors that led to this event and the lasting repercussions of Partition.  It will be useful to have notes for each of the SPICE categories.
