Objective:   Examine select historical developments in China.

Task:  Good morning!  We're FINALLY beginning our studies of East Asia today!  First, you'll examine the Silk Road and China's early engagement with the broader world.   Complete "Exploring the Silk Road" (History of East Asia folder) and then write and submit a summary paragraph.  Finally, spend the remainder of class of working "Condensed History of China" for tomorrow.
