Objective: Evaluate the historical developments of South Asia. Investigate select contemporary issues in South Asia.
Task: For the first portion of class, we'll examine the historiography of British in India. Specifically, we'll examine textbook accounts and the primary sources of Amristasr Bagh Massacre. Next, we'll examine photographs of Mohandas Gandhi to investigate his role as a nationalist leader.
