Objective: Analyze the causes and course of the genocide in Cambodia.
Task: Today, we're going to focus on the genocide in Cambodia. Before we delve into the main topic, though, you'll use your maps to complete a geography review on the Moodle. Then, you'll copy definitions from "A Tragedy in Cambodia" and read an overview of the event. After you've completed the definitions and the reading, please write a one paragraph summary of the event. Finally, we'll spend the last portion of class watching a segment of "The Killing Fields."
