HWC Day 36 - Heritage of Europe

IMPORTANT:  Beginning THIS WEEK, high school students are not permitted to ride the elementary school busses home.  Busses will be available at 4:00 for those students who need to stay for period 12.

Purpose:  Define "Europe" as a cultural region.  Investigate the cultural, social, political, and economic status of Europe prior to the modern era.  

Task:  Bonjour!  When you arrive to class, please pick up a white board and a marker.  On your whiteboard, define "Europe."  After a brief discussion, you'll use the Chromebooks to explore pre-modern Europe on the European History Interactive Map.

Homework:
  • TODAY - "Heritage of Europe" part 2 due by 7:30 am  (you will have class time to complete part 1)
