CPWC Day 32 - Armenian Genocide & Middle East History

IMPORTANT:  Beginning Monday, October 17, high school students are not permitted to ride the elementary school busses home.  Busses will be available at 4:00 for those students who need to stay for period 12.


Objective: Describe the significance of select events in the history of the Middle East. Identify the causes, course, and results of the Armenian genocide.

Task: Good morning!  When you arrive to class, please open up your "Armenian Genocide Viewing Guide."  We'll spend the first portion of class completing the documentary.  Then, we'll finish our notes on the history of the region.  Finally, if there is time remaining, you'll work on "Considering Contemporary Issues in the Middle East."  

Homework:
  • Monday, October 17 - "Considering Contemporary Issues" due (Page 1 due in class; Part 2 due by midnight)
  • Tuesday, October 18 - Unit 3 Test
