CPWC Day 73 - Geography, Indigenous Cultures, & Spanish Colonization

Objective:  Examine the geography of Latin America.  Compare and contrast the Incas and the Aztecs.  Consider the impact of Spanish colonization on the peoples and lands of Latin America.

Task:  Good morning!  When you arrive to class, please complete "The Panama Canal."  After we discuss the significance of the Panama Canal, you'll clear your desks in preparation for "Latin America Geography Footloose."  Then, we'll finish our comparison of the Incas and the Aztecs from yesterday.  Finally, if there is any time remaining, we'll begin to explore Spanish conquest and colonization in Latin America.
