Objectives:   Examine the impact of geography on the history, culture, and development of North Africa, Southwest Asia, Central Asia, & Transcaucasia.

Task:  Marhabaan! When you arrive to class, please rejoin your geography group from Friday. You'll have the first 20 minutes of class to finish your geography collage.

Then, we'll investigate the Sunni-Shia divide and the role of women in Islam.
