CPWC Day 36 - Origins of Modern Europe

EXTRA CREDIT OPPORTUNITY:  You can earn extra credit for attending and participating the "Great Decisions" discussion series.  Please see the email I sent last week for details.  If you would like to come to any of the discussions, please let me know so that I can add you to the Schoology group.

Objective:  Investigate the ancient and medieval heritage of Europe.

Task:  Salvete!  When you arrive to class, please upload your homework to the appropriate Schoology dropboxes.  We'll spend the first portion of class reviewing your work from Friday.  Specifically, we'll define the influence of Ancient Greece, Rome, and the Middle Ages on the history and culture of Europe.  Then, we'll begin our examination of the Renaissance with the vocabulary on the "Why Renaissance?
