Objectives: Utilize provided resources to investigate the current status of the world. Identify trends and changes in the contemporary world.
Task: Good morning! When you arrive to class, please select one of the classroom activities in the globalization folder. You'll have the first few minutes of class completing your chosen activity. Then, we'll discuss the current status of the world using the videos, articles, and your knowledge of history. Finally, we'll spend the last few minutes of class reviewing for the unit 1 test.
Homework Due Dates:
- TODAY - Read ONE of the Contemporary Issues articles & watch ONE of the Globalization & Development videos (in Globalization & Development folder) BEFORE class
- Friday, September 15 - Unit 1 Test
- Friday, September 15 - Period 2 PAW
