HWC Day 17 - Geography, Culture, & History of Sub-Saharan Africa

Day 5 - PAW 5

Objectives:  Identify geographic and cultural characteristics of Sub-Saharan Africa.  Examine the history of

Task:  Hujambo!  When you arrive to class, please pick up a whiteboard and respond to the statement below.  After you've had the opportunity to respond, we'll spend some time listening to your presentations on the culture and geography of Africa.  Then, we'll discuss your responses to the statement sand set out to disprove it with the "Africa Before European Arrival" DBQ.

Points for Reflection:
