Day 5 - Paw 5

Objective:  Identify the problems & possibilities of perspectives in maps.

Task:   Happy Friday!  Congratulations on making it through the first week of school!  When you arrive to class, please open and complete "The Importance of Maps."  After you finish the reflection, please read one of the language articles.  Finally, we'll spend the remainder of class defining culture in our notes.

• Tuesday, September 5 - Read "What Difference Does Language Make?" or "Where People Don't Like to Say No" BEFORE class begins
• Tuesday, September 5 - Bring earbuds or headphones to class
• Thursday, September 7 - Read "100% American" BEFORE class begins
• Friday, September 8 - Quiz on Geography & Culture (study guide in Schoology no later than Thursday, August 31)
• Monday, September 11 - Watch "History of the World in 18 Minutes" & be ready to discuss at the beginning of class
• Tuesday, September 12 - CPWC PAW
• Wednesday, September 13 - Unit 1 Assessment (study guide on Schoology no later than Wednesday, September 6)
