CPWC Day 44 - History of China

Objective:  Investigate the historical and cultural impact of the Silk Road.  Examine the ideas and influence of indigenous and diffused religious and philosophical traditions in East Asia.  Trace the historical development of China.

Task:  Ni hao!  As you arrive to class, please pick up the "China Under Siege" worksheet from the podium.  Complete the worksheet while we check your homework.  For the first portion of class, we'll review "China Under Siege" and the Silk Road activity.  Then, we'll continue our notes on the religions and philosophies of East Asia.  Finally, you'll answer questions about the history of China using a movie on the Moodle.
