West Civ Day 8 - Middle Ages (cont.)

Objectives:  Identify significant events, people, and ideas of the Middle Ages.  Compare life in medieval Europe and the Roman world.  Explore the impact of the black death.

Task:  To begin class we'll compare the Roman World and the Feudal World.  Two teams will compete to fill in a Venn diagram comparing life during these two eras.  When you've completed the comparison, please work on the crossword puzzle/notes from yesterday.  After we review the Middle Ages notes, we'll end class with a simulation examining the social, political, economic, and cultural impact of the black death.
