Objectives: Evaluate the various forms of coerced labor in colonial societies.
Task: Good morning! When you arrive to class, please get out your outlines on the Atlantic Slave Trade. We'll review your work and then compare various forms of coerced labor in the early modern period. Finally, we'll end class with an examination (and comparison) of art in Renaissance Europe and Ming China (4.1VII. - Ming & Renaissance Art in 4.1 folder).
Homework Due Dates:- TODAY - PAW 4
- Friday, January 12 - Be prepare to discuss the Little Ice Age as a factor for historical change (see collected sources in 4.2 folder)
