HWC Day 53 - Japan & Korea in Global Context

Purpose:   Investigate the historical and cultural significance of select events in Japanese history.  Compare and contrast the geography and development of North & South Korea.

Task: Kon'nichiwa!  To begin class, we'll finish the lecture on Japan in the 20th century.  Finally, we'll divide into groups to explore the geography, history, and culture of Korea.
