West Civ Day 20 - French Wars of Religion & Absolutism

Objectives:  Identify factors that led to the emergence of modern nation-states.  Research and create a presentation on an absolutist family or the Thirty Years War.

Task: We'll spend the first few minutes of class examining the French Wars of Religion.  Then, you'll have the remainder of class to work on your absolutism project.
