HWC Day 58 - Nationalism, Independence, & Partition

Objectives: Investigate select events in the history of South Asia.  Evaluate the impact of Mughal and British rule in India.

Task:  Good morning!  We'll begin class with a short review of yesterday's historiographical activity. Then, we'll finish our timeline notes and begin our exploration of nationalists movements resisting British rule in India.  You'll have the choice of reading an article about Gandhi or analyzing his changing image.  Finally, we'll end class with a discussion on the methods of Gandhi.
