Objective: Check knowledge and understanding of chapter 1 of Geography. Establish a basis for studying culture.
Task: Welcome back! As you arrive to class, make sure your name is on your "Foundations Investigation" and turn it in on the podium for a progress check. Then, please get out a pencil and your chapter 1 reading notes in preparation for your reading quiz. When you finish the quiz, please turn it in on the podium and pick up "What is Culture?" Read the article and answer the questions. Then, please work on your cultural regions map.
