HWC Day 52 - Contemporary Issues in Japan

Objective: Identify central tenets of the religions and philosophies that have influenced East Asia.  Describe select historical developments in Japan.

Task: Kon'nichiwa!  When you arrive to class, please open up your Japan notes.  We'll finish our examination of Japan with notes and a discussion on the power of nationalism in the contemporary world.  Then, we'll begin our studies of Korea with an examination of contemporary South Korea.
