Objectives:   Review the causes, course, and consequences of the French Revolution.  Identify defining characteristics of Modern Europe.

Task:  Salvete!  When you arrive to class, please go to "French Revolution" (History Channel)  - read through this summary to review this important event.  Then, complete "Contemporary Issues in Europe" - you will need to know about both the European Union and the Roma for tomorrow's mid-term.  Finally, read through and review "Europe Summary Notes" to wrap-up our investigation of the cultural region.  If there is any time remaining, please quietly study for the mid-term.
