Day 3 - PAW 3

Objective:   Explore select historical developments in sub-Saharan Africa.  Consider select nationalist movements in sub-Saharan Africa.

Task:  Happy Friday!  When you arrive to class, please pull up your notes from yesterday.  We'll begin where we left off yesterday - considering the statements by Trevor-Roper and Hegel.  Then, you'll work with a partner to define nationalism in Sub-Saharan Africa.

• Friday, February 23 - African nationalists discussion (research individuals, read documents, & complete note sheet BEFORE class)
• Monday, February 26 - Part B of Africa Regional Study ("Confronting the Past") due in class
• Wednesday, February 28 - Unit 2 Test
