Objective:  Identify trends in contemporary society.  Evaluate the current state of development and globalization.

Task:  Good morning! When you arrive to class, please grab a whiteboard and describe the current status of the world.  We'll use your responses to debrief your globalization activities.  Then, we'll analyze a music video to identify some criticisms of cultural imperialism.  Finally, if there is any time remaining, we'll review for tomorrow's test.
