Objective: Define stratification as a sociological concept.
Task: Good morning! When you arrive to class, please go into unit 2 in Schoology and follow the directions in "Class Consciousness." After you've finished reading the blog post ("Class Consciousness," Everyday Sociology) please post your responses to the discussion thread. Use the remainder of class to complete the unit 2 vocabulary and/or to work on your "Song of Stratification" presentation. If you are finished with both of these tasks, please watch J.D. Vance's TedTalk about America's working class.
