Objectives: Compare the methods and ideologies of Gandhi and Mao. Evaluate the status of India and China in 1949.
Task: Good morning! When you arrive to class, please pick up a card from the front table. Before delving into your work from last night, you're going to spend a few minutes establishing the historical context of the events in China and India in 1949. Then, we'll create a diagram to compare the ideas and methodologies of Mao and Gandhi.
